I've watched so many vegan women waste money on gym memberships they never use, training sessions they canceled, or sign up for a meal plan that didn't cater for their vegan lifestyle then not see any results, and become frustrated.
I hated how their was a lack of support for vegan woman that wanted to be happier, healthier and more confident.
It's disappointing to watch how so many animal products were being pushed on us, saying "you need to have eggs for protein" or "meat for iron".
And even worse, while you stand up for animal welfare and the environment, take care of the family, and somehow maintain your own social lives; your fitness, health and maybe even weight just seemed like the one area that you could never tackle, let alone on a plant based diet.
You see, I was there too. I used to think all those things, I was passionate about animal welfare, my health and the environment, but wasn't sure how to do it all...
I knew us vegan women needed a change and I was going to create it.
After years of research and trial and error I created The Fit Vegan Academy . It is the only vegan body transformation program that not only makes weight loss achievable for the vegan woman but also easy.
