I've watched so many people waste money on gym memberships they never use, training sessions they canceled, or sign up for a meal plan that didn't cater for their plant-based or vegan lifestyle then not see any results, and become frustrated.
I hated how their was a lack of support for people that wanted to be happier, healthier and more confident on a plant-based way of eating.
It's disappointing to watch how so many animal products were being pushed on us, saying "you need to have eggs for protein" or "meat for iron".
And even worse, while you may stand up for animal welfare and the environment, take care of the family, and somehow maintain your own social lives; your fitness, health and even weight just seemed like the one area that you could never tackle, let alone on a plant based diet.
You see, I was there too. I used to think all those things, I was passionate about animal welfare, my health and the environment, but wasn't sure how to do it all...
I knew we needed a change and I was going to create it.
After years of research and trial and error I created this coaching program. It is the only plant-based body transformation program that not only makes weight loss achievable, but it is enjoyable and easy. And get this, you never be told by anyone again that that plant-based eating is "hard" or "unhealthy" as you will be leading by example.
